Once you installed Plutonium. You can download mods that contain a .ff file (also known as fastfile)
To install the mod, go to the Github page and download the latest Release of zm_technoopscollection

You must put the mod file into the Plutonium mods folder.
For Windows: Press the Windows key and the R key to open up Run
The Windows Run screen.
In the box, type in %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t6/mods/
This will take you into the mods folder and drage drop or copy paste the zm_technoopscollection zip into it.
After you do that, select Extract All (not Extract Here) the zip folder to where the file structure is zm_technoopscollection/mod.ffwith any other files placed in the same folder as mod.ff

Once thats installed. Open the game through Plutoniums launcher. Make sure you pick Zombies!
In the Mods tab, TechnoOps Collection should be there!
